  1. Participating in numerous audio conferences I know from my own experience how frustrating it can be when sound quality of the call is bad. In fact, it affects business greatly and in many cases lead to frustrations or even negotiations being suspended (why should I work with you if you can't even arrange a quality connection?). Calls will be reasonably priced in line with existing services and the software is free, but a conference phone device would match existing retail prices at around $1,200. This makes me wonder if the new service will be in demand, as this is rather costly and SME's might consider these a luxurious detail they do not need.
